Amader Bari plans to work as a bridge between Landlords and Tenant. Primarily we manage residential and commercial properties in Bangladesh. Our landlords are Local and NRB (Non-Resident Bangladeshi) living outside Bangladesh. For Local and NRB clients we have exclusive service where we take care of their property in Bangladesh, source tenant, manage tenant and rent, manage property maintenance work (panting, pluming ect) and end of the month deposit the rent directly to Landlord’s account. We are also able to deposited the monthly rent to our client’s international account (for NRB ). We take care of the legal issues as well and make sure Tenant are happy with the living condition of the property and clients are satisfied with the tenant. That’s why believed we work as a bridge between Landlords and Tenant.
